What mobile advanced wound care means

Mobile means I come to you. Your home, an assisted living community, or wherever you are staying in Maricopa County. No clinic, no waiting room, no ride to arrange.

Advanced means more than dressing changes. I use allografts, biologics, and the other therapies that come into play when conventional treatment has stalled. That is the difference, and it is why I always call it advanced.

What a visit looks like

  1. Assessment at your door. I look at the wound, your history, your medications, and what has been tried.
  2. A plan. In plain language. What I am seeing, what I recommend, and why.
  3. Treatment. Debridement, dressing care, allograft application, or other advanced therapies when they fit.
  4. Follow-up and coordination. Ongoing monitoring, and direct coordination with your primary care team.

Where I go

Why a psychiatric nurse practitioner does wound care

I came to wound care through inpatient psychiatry, where many of my patients had wounds nobody was treating well. Mental and physical healing happen in the same body. I am board certified in psychiatric-mental health and Wound Care Certified, so I can see both. If you are a patient looking for mental health care instead, see telehealth psychiatry in Arizona.
